Ways to work / 02

Advisory and Education

Two ways to work with me outside a Futures to Action session.

A retained expert, not a project.

Some organizations need an informed independent voice when decisions move, with enough context carried across conversations to get quickly to what matters.

The working model adapts to the decisions in front of the organization. Questions can be shared in advance so I arrive prepared, and the relationship preserves context between conversations.

This is advisory support, not a part-time operating role.

Useful for

01

Technology and risk decisions without a clean answer

02

Independent preparation before a board or committee meeting

03

A second view on priorities, governance or organizational direction

04

Ongoing context without commissioning a new project each time

Board sessions, executive briefings, keynotes and workshops.

The same material reaches a board, an executive team, and a conference audience differently. What changes is the room, not the substance.

The aim is not a technical curriculum. It is the questions worth asking and the judgment to recognize a useful answer.

01

Board and committee technology-risk sessions

02

Emerging-technology executive briefings

03

New-director onboarding

04
